I am an undergraduate student doing my Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree at Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR.
Being in an educational environment where there is an acute emphasis on practical, dynamic, and research-based learning has done wonders to my academic and holistic development, and I am eager to apply the skills and concepts I have learnt in a real-life setting.
I am someone who has always been keen on striking a right balance between academic pursuits and extra-curricular activities; in-line with this vision, I am a part of various clubs, societies, and committees, doing an On-Campus Job (OCJ), part of the University’s Cricket team, etc. It gives me immense happiness that I have been able to excel in my academic pursuits over the same period.
What is Institution of Eminence?
The Institutes of Eminence (IoE) is a prestigious recognition scheme initiated by the University Grants Commission of India in 2017 to elevate the standards of higher education institutions in the country. Under this scheme, twenty institutions, both private and public, were selected to be awarded the esteemed IoE status. Institutions that receive this recognition benefit from increased administrative and academic autonomy, including the authority to set their own fees. They are also permitted to establish offshore campuses and gain enhanced opportunities for collaboration with global universities.

Sanjay Sarda
– My Father
Sanjay is alumni of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Ahmedabad with over 29 years of working experience in India and USA, which includes multiple entrepreneurial stints and diverse consulting responsibilities.
He is a Certified Corporate Director by IICA and IOD and one of the first few individuals in India to qualify to be an Independent Director. He is also serving diverse set of businesses and HNIs in the capacity of virtual CEO, helping them in providing solutions for critical challenges, decision making and business strategy.
Earlier, he was associated with many multinationals like, Monsanto, Procter and Gamble, General Electric, Tata Consultancy Services, IBM Global Services, CSX Corporation, Krishidhan Group, and Ernst
and Young LLP, in diverse roles.
On social fronts, he is actively associated in leadership roles with Rotary International and Saturday Club Global Trust.

Vandana is PhD in Biotechnology (molecular biology, microbiology, genetics) with over 3 decades of diverse work experience serving large corporates and startups. Currently she is helping entrepreneurs in Strategic Partnerships & Alliances, Business development, Product development and Strategic IP management, Go to market for Innovations.
